We will be showcasing a world of wonderful beers from several fantastic breweries, plus an abundance of hand-picked guest beers from our ‘self-proclaimed beer connoisseur’…. Paul at Two Brews!

Hops Farm, Hungerdown Lane, Lawford, Manningtree, CO11 2LX

We are approximately one mile along Hungerdown Lane (from Manningtree end), on the left-hand side. Keep an eye out for the Hops Farm sign and enter into the wooden gates. Follow round to the back field for beer heaven!

FAQs

What do I get with my ticket?

Your ticket will allow you entry to the beer festival, a branded glass and three beers for early bird tickets, two beers for general release.

What happens if the festival cannot go ahead due to COVID restrictions?

We will postpone the festival and release a new date as soon as possible. Your ticket can be carried over to the new date or you can request a full refund.

What safety restrictions will be in place?

This will of course depend on the government restrictions at the time, however as the event was originally planned for October last year we are currently prepared with an extensive safety management plan. We will release further details on this and what we will implement for the event as we know more throughout the year.

Will there be seating?

Yes. As the world opens up again we will assess how much seating we require for the event.

Is there toilets?

Of course. No one can drink for 4 hours and not need to let some out!!

Is there parking?

Yes, we have parking at the venue. Please book a free parking ticket through the website.

I’ve been stitched up being the designated driver – what non-alcoholic drinks do you have?

We have a local coffee company coming along to sort all your hot drinks needs, plus non-alcoholic beers and ciders at the bottle bar.

Will there be ciders?

Yes, we aim to have at least two cider casks, plus a selection of bottles.

Will there be real ale?

Yes, we aim to have at least two real ale casks, one light and one dark.

Will you have wine?

Yes, we have the wonderful Jolly Jockey that will be serving wine, cocktails and prosecco.

Is there any food at the festival?

Of course. We will have hot food on offer as well as delicious cakes and sweets!

How will I buy beer on the day?

You will be able to buy beer tokens from the bottle/can bar that can be used throughout the day. Token prices will vary depending on the beer and quantity ordered.

How much will the beer tokens be?

£10 for 4 (£2.50 each)

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my tokens?

Yes, if you do not wish to take any cans or bottles home with you, we will refund any unused tokens.

Can I bring my dog?

We are more than happy to have dogs at the venue, however we may need to consult the safety advisory board nearer the time depending on the restrictions in place.

Can I bring my child / children?

No, this is one for the baby sitter! Let you hair down and sink a few lovely beers.
